Our COVID-19 Response
A letter to our Valued Customers and Insurance Business Partners,
The health and well being of our employees, families, customers, and partners is extremely important to us. Events that we are dealing with the COVID-19 crisis requires a heightened level of attention. In 2024, Covid-19 is still constantly evolving, surging and peaking with unpredictability, so we strengthen our commitment to stay agile and flexible as this ebbs and flows.
In light of global precautions and CDC recommendations, Nexus Linx, LLC. has implemented a number of preventive and precautionary measures. These measures allow us to maintain a “business as usual” climate with some modifications:
Employees are required to work at home when ill, in a quiet, secure environment, connecting to our network using a secure VPN, in an effort to comply with social distancing measures set forth by local and federal U.S government.
Travel restrictions are in place. Visits to our office have been temporarily prohibited.
We are taking advantage of secure virtual meetings and inter office chat to conduct our day to day business.
Out of abundance of caution, we’ve sterilized all employee equipment.
We’ve done cross training of certain procedures and processes to ensure our clients’ needs remain met. Our staff has and will continue to receive guidance on ways to prevent the spread of this virus, in particular, aligned with current guidelines.
