Owner Background & Experience

After graduating the top of his class and completing a bachelors degree in Computer Science on an Academic Scholarship, our founder was hired to program databases for CG Marketing in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to that he was providing tech support to a variety of small businesses. A few years later, in 2001, he began the insurance journey as a programmer for one of the largest MGA's in the country, writing business for Commercial Auto, General Liability, Property, Workers Comp, Umbrella, and Package under a wide variety of insurance carriers. After building their CRM and Underwriting tools from scratch, using the latest technology, he was able to help the company increase production and profitability by 30%. Within a short 5 years he was promoted to Chief Technology Officer oversaw a staff of 10. He managed all technological aspects of the Policy and Claim lifecycles from start to finish. Working with A+ Carriers, Reinsurers, ISO, NISS, TPAs, and over 400 Retail Brokers, he quickly learned the requirements from all angles to develop the best insurance agency management software in the market. In 2011, he saw there were gaps in Agency Management Systems and MGA Management Systems on the market and decided to begin programming a system that encompassed everything that took multiple systems and processes in the past, offering new ideas in a web-based portal that is comprehensive with careful thought to flow and ease of use. That began the story of who we are today, Nexus Linx, LLC., a privately held company, providing Agency Management Systems, MGA Management Systems, TPA Management Systems and Insurance Agency Software.
